Working Groups areas

Working Groups meet regularly to set objectives, design initiatives, and track progress. They function as agile, responsive units that provide SIC CLM with the flexibility to address emerging needs and pursue innovative ideas. While each Working Group has a specific focus, they frequently collaborate and share insights, fostering a culture of cross-functional learning and partnership within the cluster.

Working Groups are specialized teams focused on advancing specific strategic areas essential to the cluster’s mission of fostering a resilient, inclusive ecosystem in Castilla-La Mancha. Working Groups aim to dive deeper into specific topics, driving forward specialized initiatives, projects, and collaborations. Each Working Group is composed of cluster members, relevant stakeholders, and experts, working closely with SIC CLM’s Advisory Board to ensure alignment with the cluster’s strategic goals.

Data for Good Working Group

The Data for Good Working Group is dedicated to promoting informed, measurable social innovation across Castilla-La Mancha. By integrating data literacy, media literacy, and impact measurement, this group aims to empower SIC CLM members and local communities to make evidence-based decisions that address both local needs and align with global sustainability standards. Through collaborations with public institutions, nonprofits, and educational partners, the working group designs workshops, resources, and toolkits that equip participants with skills in data analysis, impact assessment, and media literacy. It also develops impact measurement models and provides guidance on project alignment with global standards, such as the SDGs and ESG criteria, ensuring that SIC CLM projects contribute to sustainable social impact with clear, measurable outcomes.
