With a background in Economics, her expertise lies in bridging the gap between local administrations and European institutions, enabling effective communication, resource
access, and policy alignment.
Sonia has designed, managed, and overseen numerous EU-funded projects, focusing on building strong relationships between local authorities, businesses, and civil society to foster sustainable development and social innovation. She has worked in key areas including information, education, civic engagement, urban development, sport, climate action, and youth empowerment. Her leadership in the "Albacete EU Network" intersectoral platform
showcases her ability to unite diverse actors and strengthen the region's ties with European
networks.

Miguel Ángel Gómez Borja is a Full Professor in the Marketing and Market Research Department at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, where he also serves as the Director of the Department of Business Administration. With a PhD in Economics and Business Administration, his academic and research work focuses on the integration of information technologies in consumer research and market analysis.
As
Co-Director of the MARKETIC research group, Miguel Ángel leads initiatives at the intersection of technology, business, and consumer behavior.
His expertise extends to agro-food marketing, extensive livestock farming, and social and non-pro t marketing. He has contributed to the design and implementation of business
strategies for various industries, with a special focus on the agro-food sector.
Miguel Ángel is actively involved in local development and social innovation.
He serves
on the Board of Trustees of Fundación El Sembrador, advising on social enterprises and

Her extensive background in sociology, migration, and social innovation and leadership
studies has enabled her to lead multiple international projects, working at the intersection of academia, policy, and community-driven actions. Her work includes designing and implementing strategies to enhance social inclusion, promote diversity, and
drive sustainable development.
As the Executive Director of DRAMBLYS for 10 years, Lina was at the forefront of initiatives
aimed at empowering communities and driving social innovation. She is skilled in building
partnerships across sectors and developing capacity building programmes, promoting and
embracing diversity and intersectionality as key drivers for innovation and impact.

David Pardo is an experienced entrepreneur and expert in R&D+i with over 12 years of
experience in leading innovative projects across sectors such as agro-food, renewable energy, e-health, and Industry 4.0. With an educational background that includes a degree in Business Administration from the University Rey Juan Carlos, an MBA from ESERP, and advanced studies in Innovation Management and International Trade, David combines technical expertise with strategic leadership.
As the co-founder and current head of the R&D+i department at KAAM Innovación y Tecnología S.L has led national and European projects that leverage emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, predictive models, and digital twins to address sector-speci c
challenges.
David’s expertise in R&D+i and his experience managing complex projects position him as a key contributor to building innovation ecosystems that align technological
