The governance model of SIC CLM is designed to foster an inclusive, transparent, and collaborative environment that aligns with our mission of driving social innovation and sustainable impact in Castilla-La Mancha. This structure ensures that all stakeholders—public institutions, private enterprises, academia, social enterprises, community organizations, and individual members—have a role in guiding SIC CLM’s strategic direction and daily operations.
Management Board

At the heart of this model is a Management Board, which combines strategic oversight with operational management, allowing for streamlined decision-making that remains responsive to both immediate and long-term goals. Supporting the board, the Advisory Council offers specialized knowledge and insights, connecting SIC CLM to emerging trends and global best practices in social innovation.

Working Groups

Working Groups focus on targeted projects and thematic areas, drawing on diverse expertise to drive key initiatives forward, while the Member Assembly provides a forum for all members to participate in decision-making, contribute feedback, and engage in cluster-wide discussions.
